Consider:

The supposed free-media was meant to be a 4th branch of the federal government. They are allowed to be there to keep an unbiased eye on those with the power. Meant to report back to the citizens and keep them informed so that we can make wise choices on election day, their open and honest participation is a required cog in the wheels that grind out society.

The power of the media is, in reality, more powerful than the powers of the three official branches combined.

The time has come for us to recognize this modern fact. Sooner or later, we must deal with this.allowed it to be discussed in the open.
